* Vendor Agreements/Contracts/Relationships
* Everything Necessary
When our Temporary Term comes to an end, we will leave behind effective
processes & procedures, a fully trained staff and our full time replacement, already trained to maintain this freshly
"turned" operation!

New Manager
We will work side-by-side with your new
Manager to establish them in the role of Manager, mentor and teach them to effectively manage the operation/department, the
staff and to set daily, weekly, monthly and annual objectives.
Additionally, we will teach your Manager to become
a completely self-sufficient Top Notch Manager, with the following specifics:
* Hiring/Terminating
Staff
* Conducting Performance Evaluations
* Process Improvement & Implementation
* Policy & Procedure Improvements
* Marketing Initiatives & Strategies
* Selling Skills
* Inventory Management Control
* Point
